The UK’s The Voice 2019 is underway as the contestants battle it out for the title and to win a record deal.
An aspiring Irish singer Eva Campbell left the judges and viewers stunned with her unusual audition where she sang Massive Attack’s Teardrop for the blind audition round. She made an unusual song choice but yet she was able to make it her own. Fortunately, she made it to the next round of The Voice as judge Olly Murs, who was impressed by her performance, spun his chair around. Eva Campbell Blind Audition on The Voice 2019
The ITV’s singing competition The Voice UK 2019 aired on 5th February 2019, starting with the blind audition round. On the 5th week of the audition, an Irish girl Eva Campbell performed Massive Attack’s Teardrop. She was able to amaze the audience and judges with her amazing voice.
Her ability to make a song her own and sing flawlessly led her to the next round as the judge Olly Murs turned around at last moment. Other three judges were stunned by seeing who she was.
Campbell’s dream of becoming a The Voice contestant has finally come true. Her parents and family who supported her from the backstage were full of joy after Olly Murs pressed “I Want You” buzzer.
