Over quarantine our kids created theme dinners. This photo is from a costume night called “Wear anything but clothing to dinner.” If you ever find yourself having to wear something other than clothing to dinner I recommend a @veuveclicquot box over your breasts, grocery bags as your pants and a pot lid for your date’s private region. We won the competition this night 😂 When it comes to a life partner, I recommend someone who makes you feel safe, seen and loved for being exactly who you are. And who makes you laugh. A lot. @the.chrisrobbins and I were married 24 years ago today…the secret to a long and fulfilling marriage – work hard at your partnership and work hard to be happy yourself. The happier you are with you, the more you can bring to the partnership. Chris, you and our marriage are the most important things in my life. 25 years ago when when I climbed into my sleeping bag on a snowy night next to the green river and discovered that you had secretly tucked a water bottle full of boiling camp water in it so my bag would be warm… I knew I found the one. You empower me and my spirit like no other. And look, Chris…I know you’re sleeping right now which is why I can get away with posting this epic photo of us… Please don’t freak out or retaliate too much when you see this in the morning (I can only imagine what you are about to post of me LOLOL). I love that our relationship, the fun and our costume game just gets better and better every year. ❤️ Happy 24th I love you
