Vatuvei is married to his high school sweetheart, Jennifer Ka. The couple had their romantic wedding in October 2010. Manu fell for his now-wife, Jenny at first sight when both were third-formers at Auckland’s Hillary College. Moreover, he proposed to her at Christmas of 2007.
