Kim Kalick is married to her amazing husband, Jeffrey Klacik. Her husband is a native of Pennsylvania who graduated from Towson University in 1990 with a BS in accounting.
After working for firms, her husband joined the family business in 1994. Kim and her husband moved to Baltimore soon after their engagement in 2010. Likewise, they tied the knot on May 5, 2013, in Maryland.

The organization also employed women who were reentering society.
According to her campaign website, the organization has helped more than 200 women to become employed, and over thirty percent of the women achieved financial independence. Her work helped her rise in Baltimore and wasn’t a new face when she entered politics. Kim Klacik was a member of the Baltimore County Republican Central Committee and won the Republican nomination in Maryland’s 7th Congressional District special primary in February. However, she lost a special election in April against Democrat Kweisi Mfume. But, she will be on the ballot in the general election on November 3, 2020.
