I’m one of those people who‘s slack when it comes to cleaning my car, unless I’m told by my Dad 100 times, then I MIGHT do it. 🙈 Since being up here in Noosa I’ve been getting my car professionally cleaned & detailed by my cousin Nic @noosaselitecarspa & I’ve never had such a sparkly, glossy car. Gee, I couldn’t be seen driving a dusty car down Hastings St too! 😂JK! Dad says it’s vital for resale, polished paint from bird poo, etc etc.. @noosaselitecarspa the most meticulous & professional on the Sunshine Coast, they’re super friendly & will care for your car as if it’s their own! Say hi to Nic from me pls! 👋🏽🚗 #noosaselitecarspa #visitnoosa #sunshinecoastcardetailing #noosacardetailing

I did a 14 day isolation before going into SAS, below is the training I did in the apartment pictured here on the balcony. After driving from Ballarat to Snowy Mountains with all my personal belongings in my car, the isolation was what I needed to face & feel into my sadness & loss so SAS was not even on my mind(which was good in a way because I didn’t feel anxious leading up to it). I didn’t feel like strenuous workouts everyday, i felt weak so I focused on nurturing my mind, clearing & feeling my emotions & keeping fluidity & maintaining the strength i already had in my body. This is the training I did 2 weeks before SAS in my apartment ~ •3 x 20kg backpack walks around the apartment for an hour. •3 x ab workouts(vid on my IGTV) •5 x strength based workouts with @habitual_equipment •1 hour yoga daily. •2 meditations morning & night daily. •Journalling morning & night daily about how I felt. •1hr fresh air sitting on balcony daily. •No TV. •No alcohol. •Fresh & healthy food + a brownie every night. •Chatting through my emotions to friends. •Feeling the denser/darker(shitty) emotions & not distracting myself from them; crying everyday, wrapping myself in a blanket & just being miserable, focused on going slow, being grateful everyday & remaining present. #sasaustralia #trainingthemind #mindset
